No complaints, highly recommend, would stay again!

Staff are attentive and happy to fulfill all requests. Room is serviced when you utilize the “clean room” door hanger to be more eco friendly, dirty linen hamper when you want your towels to be Renewed. Robes, slippers, beach towels and beach bag are available to use. AC and hot water in very good working condition, bed and linen is comfortable. I can use the wifi to watch Netflix. Resort restaurant is good! A lot of restaurants along the road it’s located on also.

Not a dislike but something to consider if you cannot walk steep hills. They offer shuttles to your room and other locations along the coast though! I would recommend hiring a scooter if you visit Koh lanta in general, very beneficial. 200 baht a day from the minimart off to the right of the resort.

Good

This is by far the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Thailand. There is a secret feature which i rather not disclose here, please go and check it out. They have bike rentals and will help you local recommendations The staff was immensely kind. They even surprised my fiance with a birthday cake on his birthday, very sweet gesture. Just one small feedback, we had gone out for scuba for one whole day and couldn't return the bike in the morning. We had a tiny argument with the lady who owns the bike rental at the property and she seemed a little rude but other than that it was a fabulous stay. It must have been one of those days for her. Thank you Mr. Bunty (the hotel manager) for your hospitality. Would love to visit again :) Take care and all the best!!

Peaceful stay

We came to Koh Lanta twice and both stayed in Srilanta. Even though it is in off season, the facilities in the hotel are a bit rundown and with limited options for breakfast, but we still have a quite lovely stay there. The whole place is quiet, you can fully relax and enjoy the peace. The staff and Mr.Bunty are very friendly and helpful, they are trying everything to make us enjoy our stay. We would love to visit again.

Facilities are a bit of rundown, but it looks like they are refurbishing some rooms.

I liked the beach, and the possibility to purchase food from the kitchen, which then was brought to our room. All prices were moderate and the hotel manager is very professional and works as hard as his staff, the service was always excellent. The drivers, who took us up to our place were always polite and helpful.

The lock of the room did not work properly and it took too long to get that fixed. The toilet seat was not fastened properly.

One of the best beachside stays I’ve had in a while. Worth every penny

Great hospitality by the team at Sri lanta. Bunty the resort manager is helpful , will try help you with whatever you need . Location was great , and with a lovely underground tunnel to get you to the beachside.

Toilets in rooms need some ventilation. It gets warm stuffy and smelly in there ..

The best of Klong Nin area- spacious rooms, great staff and amazing value for money!

It’s my second time in SriLanta and I’ve sent many people here as I think it’s probably the best hotel in Klong Nin area with such great staff and amazing value for money! Quiet, full of nature location, dry spacious rooms… love this place! Great beach, great cafe place, nice clean and relaxing pools area…

The hotel is not new so just take that in consideration, some maintenance works are being done or needs to be done :) but the staff is there to help you all the time, the hotel functions very well

We thought the staff was very kind and we had a beautiful stay.

We stayed in a very special room with a view of the sea and the jungle. We had a beautiful jacuzzi tub to share.

It was a bit remote for us. That is not really the property’s fault though. It was a lovely hotel.

What was the highlight of SriLanta Resort

Wonderful

I booked the Star Path a beatiful room with a zen style. Very luminous, big, comfy & clean. Located on the hill but there is a free 24/24 shuttle that can drive you whenever needed. Every day, I would get down to the beach/street by foot (less than 5 min) and go up to the room with the shuttle. Lots of nice beach resto & street resto around. Easy to find a tuk tuk if you want to go on an other area of the island. The staff was accommodating, the hotel manager was very friendly and gave good advice about travelling in Thailand (local places to visit etc., best time of the year to travel). All in all, I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely go back.

I booked a shuttle transfer from the hotel to another hotel in Krabi, Ao Nang (paid at SriLanta Hotel). Transfer arrived 2 hours late. It took me to the bus station in Krabi, made me took a taxi songthaew to Ao Nang for 40min. I didn't have to pay the songthaew but it was not the comfy shuttle with AC I paid for. It was very hot and there was a lot of traffic so it was very uncomfortable. The songthaew didn't drive me to the hotel but to Ao Nang beach (I believe there was a misunderstanding with the shuttle driver I guess). When I told him that that was not my destination, he told me to walk (10min) as it was close and he already passed the hotel and didn't want to turn around. I ended up taking a tuk tuk (that I paid) as I had a big luggage and it was really hot. It took only 5 min by tuk tuk to the hotel.

stunning property, A/C was turned on before i arrived and room smelled lovely, the beach is just a short walk away and the outdoor area is beautiful, owner and staff were very friendly

the resort is very far away from anything else going on this island which was really annoying, the bar/restaurant and further services like the massages were highly overpriced

Almost perfect! A little cheaper then perfect

Wow it was a beautiful resort! Amazing staff and food was great, breakfast and dinner! Ko Lanta island also made it better because it’s my favourite.

A little bit pricey! I understood that it was very nice but a couple things in my block needed upgrading. Apparently they do reduce the price but I was in peak time. The bike rental was good but again a little pricey, should do deals on more than 1 day

Wonderful

It was a pleasant stay overall. The resort manager Mr Bunty and his team were friendly and went all out to surprise my husband on his birthday with a cute bed setup and some muffins. It was a very generous gesture from them to do so. Property is perched up on a slope but we had buggies to transport us quickly just a call away. Stunning stretch of beach. Very private and clean. There is a tunnel passageway to safely walk instead of crossing the road from the lobby area connecting the area for breakfast and beach. Foam provided for our jacuzzi tubs. Staff even went out to purchase me toothbrushes and toothpaste. Very kind.

- Breakfast felt repetitive for me after 3 nights there - Need more sun beds with umbrellas on the beach itself as the heat was unbearable - Booking transport or day tours were tad bit more expensive on the property itself (commission is high for the staff booking it)

Really nice facilities, pool and beach access was lovely! The general manager made such an effort to speak to us and tell us all about the island and best places to go / times. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere

We had a wonderful time at SriLanta Resort. The resort manager and his team were the main contributors. They were all unbelievably warm, courteous and fulfilled all our wishes with great friendliness. We have often read in the reviews here that the resort is getting on in years - indeed, the pandemic years have understandably left their mark on the SriLanta Resort. But the resort manager told us about his plans - there is currently a lot of planning and investment going on, there will be a night market, hanging beds on the beach, play facilities for children and a new Italian restaurant. We enjoyed our stay at SriLanta Resort very much, even at this stage, and had a very relaxing time. We are looking forward to seeing the new features for ourselves next year. The only wish that has remained open is perhaps a restaurant on the beach with a larger selection of even more authentic Thai food. Otherwise, everything was great!

Pretty, clean, quiet location and close to the beach.

Great location for access to the beach, lovely pool and very clean. We stayed in a bungalow and had all the facilities we needed. Did hire a moped elsewhere to get around and checked out the other beaches - seemed like the cleanest beach but few jellyfish so couldn’t really swim. Bungalow was serviced daily and had fresh water and stocked coffee/ tea.

The bungalow was beautiful but did have a little leak in the roof. There’s not much privacy with the bathroom…a door or curtain would have been beneficial to prevent asking my partner to wait outside at times hah…all part of the fun…Also some Mosquito net / proofing would have been good as I was bitten quite a lot at night. We had breakfast on the last day and it was pretty basic - would suit a family who can’t move around much but if you’re travelling there’s plenty of other options around for food.
